Cancelling or rescheduling your appointment

We do not charge like some salons in Eastbourne for cancelled or rescheduled appointments. 

If you need to cancel or amend could you please let us know as soon as possible so we can give someone else the chance to book with us!!

 

Skin Test

You will need a skin test if:

- It is your first time having your hair coloured in a salon

- You have been home colouring

- You have not had your hair coloured in our salon for 6 months

- If our professional stylists are in doubt, you will need a skin test
